Shipping & Returns

Blok makes every effort to deliver e-commerce orders as quickly and conveniently as possible. Orders received before 1pm EST Monday to Friday will be shipped that day, orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following working day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with Fedex tracking included. We’re a nice team, if you are any queries whatsoever with your order just let us know.

How long does it take to receive my Blok watch?

We offer a range of economy or express, fully tracked shipping options with Fedex to a wide variety of international destinations. Estimated shipping times are calculate at checkout and can be viewed when placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Oui! Our international shipping includes a clear breakdown at checkout of any taxes and / or duties due for your order heading to your destination. They will be added and billed at checkout, 100% no extra bills once your item has been received, we take care of all of that

What is your return policy?

We can only accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your Blok. The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging. Just simply contact us at hello@blokwatches.com and we will send you a return label and instructions for all return shipments. Please note that refunds for returns (unless due to a faulty or unsatisfactory timepiece) do not include reimbursement for any shipping, tax or duties billed for your original order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Blok does not ship to PO Boxes. If an order is placed to a PO Box, a customer service liaison will reach out to receive an alternative address. If we cannot confirm a new address within 5 business days, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
